During the cluster meetings and seminars, Erasmus+ projects from similar areas have the opportunity to synergize with each other.

You are welcome to join events and use publications, and we are ready to support your project team initiatives!

Best practices and success stories


EaP Region Countries are active beneficiaries in the  Erasmus+ Capacity Building Projects, and this Community represents 127 international project teams.

Each project is unique, though it is usually useful to learn from each other and exchange experiences. Some projects have already developed useful resources, such as guides and handbooks, or they have already performed activities on methodologies and technologies in higher education that can be helpful for   you, too.

You can find inspirations to synergize in the database, and avoid duplication or overlapping.

The project profiles include objectives, partners, activities, expected results, and contacts to gain insights into inter-project cooperation! The factsheets and database are available by country at the links in the library section.

Some examples below will give you hints on how to synergize with the projects funded in 2015-2019, and find good practices.

EaP National Erasmus+ Offices and Higher Education Reform Experts teams have prepared an accumulated a huge number of useful and practical resources, which are tailor-made for the specifics of the local contexts and the Erasmus+ Programme framework. 

They are devoted to projects database and statistics, legislation on higher education and on international cooperation, guides on local specifics for project management, project registration, monitoring preparation and performance procedures, templates, translations, and equip you with everything you need to succeed.
